Mix and apply Polyurea/ Epoxy surface coatings in garages, patios, basements, etc. (the latest polyurea floor coating technology) and garage systems (leading organizational system including slatwalls, cabinets, hooks, etc. - Troubleshoot and problem solve situations as they arise - Lead crew(s) while on the job site - Maintains high levels of quality assurance and quality control   What You'll Bring: - Great Attitude - Must be excited to learn and grow with us - 2+ years experience with concrete finishing/coating - Experience leading crews - Must be customer service oriented - Excellent communication skills   All candidates must be eligible to be covered under Renuity Home motor vehicle check Criminal Background Checks.
